The same strategy in Europe
Specifically, with Fany, we have been working in the national market for a long time, and it is already a trusted brand of recognised prestige among the main sectors of the market.
Our medium-term intention is to implement the same strategy in Europe, building our reputation throughout the continent.
Furthermore, we work for a multitude of sectors, from the world of fashion and home textiles to the healthcare sector, as well as the haberdashery and retail industry, packaging and textiles.
We collaborate with Ampans to create opportunities
Byetsa collaborates with the Fundació Ampans, a social organisation in the Bages area that supports people with intellectual disabilities and mental health conditions.
Part of the auxiliary work surrounding our production — handling, preparation and packing of product — is not carried out on our Manresa lines; instead, we entrust it to their Special Employment Centre.
It is the most direct way we have of turning these tasks into hours of real employment and one more step towards the job placement of the people the foundation supports: work that we could not absorb internally today now brings a return to the same area where we have been manufacturing since 1969.
We work with them under the same quality, lead-time and monitoring criteria that we apply to any other process in our company. Because the dedication to service that defines us as bias binding manufacturers begins, precisely, with people.
